Four ladies are doing the initiation rites for two other female pledges in order to get them into their sorority, which is aptly named "The Sisters". The initiation consists of the main woman putting an empty bullet into a gun, and firing it at the back of their head. If the woman has the balls to do this, they're in. However, when the main lady fires the gun at the second woman, she actually does shoot her... someone replaced the blank with a live round. Seven years later, the main four girls and the surviving pledge all get invitations to come out to a town for a reunion. None of the ladies have a clue as to who sent the invitations, but they go along anyway. They're told to meet at a hotel, and when they get there, two guys are waiting to drive them out to the house in question. The ladies are getting a bit nervous at this point, but still, they continue along with the journey. After arriving at the house, the gentlemen driving them receive payment for bringing them out, and are told to leave; however, after the ladies have settled in, the guys decide to sneak back in over the fence and chat it up with the ladies. Soon after, the mystery person that invited the ladies here reveals themself, and also reveals that the fence is an extremely high-voltage electric fence. Nobody will be leaving anytime soon, and the ladies are killed off one by one.

Interesting movie, with a nice little storyline...... but the only real problem was the fact that it seemed to be about a half hour too long. There's quite a few scenes that seem like they were there just to kill time, and others that drug on for a lot longer than they should have. This wouldn't have been quite so bad, had the scenes actually had some dialogue or something; but in quite a few spots, there's nothing but silence and chicks staring at each other. That sure made for some boring movie watching, I tell you what.

Another thing that irked me was the rating of this movie. It ended up with a PG-13 rating, and I'm not sure if the director was pushing for that rating or if that's just what they ended up with... but you can't have a decent slasher in the style that they were aiming for without an R rating. It just doesn't work. Never has, never will. With that said, instead of this seeming like a softcore horror film, it ends up seeming like a TV movie that's chopped to bits. All of the death scenes seem to cut off too quickly, and anytime nudity would happen, the camera would cut away right before the shirt / dress / pants / underwear / bikini would drop. Hence, my whole statement of how trying to make an R rated horror into a PG-13 film leaves viewers with a bad taste in their mouth.

With all that said though, the movie did have some good points. The storyline was pretty good, albeit quite unbelievable. All of the ladies acted like half-retarded blonde bimbo's, which, if that's what they were aiming for, they did a marvelous job in their roles. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt on that one. If only this film had been edited down, maybe made into a made-for-TV movie from the beginning, it wouldn't have come off so bad.

But alas, I'll have to go with a 3/10 here.
