What better way to wrap up Black History Month than with the self-proclaimed number-one nigga in America, the one and only Jiggaboo Jones? Here, Jigga was contacted to help the homeowner of a 300,000 dollar house who is suffering a foreclosure to help him gain something back and stick it to the bank however he can; and because Jigga's such a nice guy, he's decided to tape the endeavor to instruct the rest of America in these troubled economic times.

Step by step, our main nigga shows us how to recuperate some of our losses. First things first, you gotta make things secure; you don't want any neighbors hearing the unmistakable sounds of destruction and investigating, or even worse, someone else getting in there and fucking things up first. Then, he'll show you some common appliances and approximately how much they'll go for on the internet auction site of your choice. Finally, anything you can't sell, don't just give it up without a fight; fuck it up.

You can take what you want from an educational standpoint, but I watched it more for entertainment's sake, and it definitely delivered. As it stands, it's by far the best DVD Jones has put out, in no small part due to the man himself. He finally breaks out the charisma that I felt the last two releases were sorely lacking. Also placing this ahead of the last two was the fact that Giving Back the House has an actual focus, as opposed to watching this guy perform random acts of violence and theft throughout their running times. Finally, the running time was spot-on, as at 45 minutes it doesn't venture into the land of overbearing, a mistake he made with his second release. With that said, it probably could have been trimmed to about 35, because there's still a bit of padding found throughout, the most grievous example being Jones making a joke about Chinese food before cutting to a scene of Asian people eating at a restaurant. Why? Couldn't tell you.

As usual with one of Jigga's movies, the matter of authenticity is called into question. While his first two movies undeniably had some actors present that were in on the joke, there's a level of reality here that would be hard to fabricate. While I can't promise this was actually a foreclosed home, it was definitely an expensive house. One that he definitely fucked up pretty badly. I'm sure, as usual, the truth lies somewhere in the middle, but I just don't see them laying down the cash for a house to fuck up to put together a DVD.

Fans of the first two will definitely get a kick out of this, and the same goes for those on the fence about those offerings. It's certainly not a must see, but it's entertaining enough. 6.5/10.
