Taking place in some anonymous city during the year 1987, we enter a world where every man is a rapist. Women can not walk down the street without ten or more men jumping out of the shadows in order to get a little rape action going on. That man at the gas station? If you're a female, he'll pump your gas just before pumping your ass. Plan to do a bit of horse riding? Watch out for those stable men, they love to rape young women as well. This fact does not sit well with the elderly Mrs. McCormack (Terry Moore), a lady who was raped forty-three years ago, so she sets up the McCormack clinic for raped and abused women. Helen Shaw (Donna Denton) takes care of most of the business there, but even though her father (Martin Landau) is a big-time judge, she can't get much done... after all, all of the police and lawyers are male rapists as well. So, with the assistance of a large number of other rape victims, Helen sets out to make these men pay for their crimes by branding the word RAPE onto the rapists' buttocks. Lethal Victims, indeed they are.

This movie was actually attempting to be serious, and although I did exaggerate a bit on the way the rapes occur throughout the film, it wasn't by much. If you've ever seen one of those Lifetime Channel movies dealing with rape victims and how they display men as being, then you'll know full well how this movie plays out. The women are told that they were asking for it, the lawyers set the rapists free even after they confessed to the crime, and the women basically have their rights trampled on by everyone surrounding them. Maybe this movie was more geared towards the type of females that watch that aforementioned Lifetime Channel, but it definitely wasn't made for fans of horror, revenge films, or anyone looking for an enjoyable movie (with the exception of feminist bra-burners).

The storyline found here just plods along, with not a single glimmer of entertainment to be found other than the rapist by the name of Willie (George 'Buck' Flower). Even though this man was supposed to be a villain, he had some absolutely classic lines during his brief on-screen time. "I'll choke you with my cock, I'll kill you with it!" was just one of his lines that had me shedding tears of laughter, but sadly, as I mentioned above, he only gets a brief amount of time to work his magic. The rest of the movie simply follows the same formula throughout the rest of the running time. We'll see either a flashback of a rape scene or a current-time rape scene (with no nudity other than a two-second nipple flash to liven things up), Helen will bitch at the cops, nothing happens as a result, repeat throughout. During the last half hour of this ninety minute atrocity, the women decide to get even, and we see a lot of male ass as they brand them for being rapists. Cut to the end, we find out that the main lawyer in the city is a rapist, the main cop quits the police force in order to become a lawyer and help rape victims, roll some sappy rape stats, and the movie is finished.

With such a horrid storyline, you'd think things couldn't get much worse... but boy, you'd be dead wrong on that claim. There's almost zero lighting throughout most of the scenes, so you just have to stare at a black screen and imagine what's going on based on the sounds. Speaking of the sound, it's muffled almost beyond recognition throughout... if I was a betting man, I'd say that this DVD transfer by Eden Entertainment came from no less than a sixth-generation VHS copy. The acting skills put forth by these women make those Lifetime tear-jerkers look like award winning masters of their craft, which is something that up until now I thought to be impossible.

I can sum this entire movie up with one word. AVOID. 0/10.

That turned out to be the sixth thus far. Previous winners would be "10.5", "Children Of The Corn", "Dracula 3000", "Night Of The Zombies", and "Savage Vengeance".

I dunno, I found this to be one of those "so bad, it's good" kind of movies. May be worse than a lot of Trauma, but it has a great replay value
