Going into this, I was begging it wouldn't try to be an attempt at a serious movie. Thankfully is was comedy all the way through. The eccentric witch doctor, Salvador Dali, had a lot of funny lines. The few people that crossed his path got messed with quite hard. D'Angelo did a fine job of acting as a pterodactyl would if it were trapped in a female's body. She also wore a decent amount of erotic clothes to show off her well preserved figure. The rest of the cast also did a fairly decent job with the acting, given how goofy the story line was.
You actually get to see D'Angelo turn into a pterodactyl quite a few times, which was a shock to me. Even though the suit she wore wasn't that stunning, the effects that were used for her transformation was impressive. Especially for a '94 low budget film. D'Angelo's husband managed to get her pregnant and she laid an egg. The egg eventually hatched and out came another impressive moment, the baby pterodactyl. Not the best job in the world, but very life-like. If you're a fan of D'Angelo's other comedic appearances, give this movie a try.
Final Conclusion: 5/10
