The movie starts out with the three men mentioned above checking out the witches house and discussing the history of it and whatnot. One makes a bet with the other, saying that he will piss himself when he sees it. The witches son comes out and scares them, and indeed, the guy pisses himself. Score one for the betmaker. Later on, the three guys are in a bar, and the son comes in and pisses off the waitress, which prompts our three heroes to chase him out of the bar. Son proceeds to egg their truck, and they beat his ass. This will not do with the witch, so she makes a powder to give them huge zits. All should be said and done right here, but nope, one of the guys decides to get revenge. He hires these stoners to go throw rocks through her windows, and they go just a step too far in their vengeance, causing the witch to want major revenge from the three guys who hired them to do this.

Turned out to be a pretty decent flick. The camera-work in the opening sequence was very amateurish, which led me to believe the whole movie would be as such. Nope, that got fixed up in the next scene, so all was good there. Storyline was pretty good, especially the whole "Dead & Rotting" element they threw in; pretty original stuff there. I'm quite glad they didn't get too hokey with the witch concept, and avoided the traditional witch mannerisms and actings for the most part.

The ghoul effects were also very nicely done. You could tell it was a low-budget outing, but damned if they didn't look nice, which was a pleasant suprise for myself. There wasn't too much gore going on, but some very nice finishing maneuvers were to be had.

6/10

Mediocre at best... pure shit at worst.... I enjoyed "Pinata: Survival Island" more...
