In a post-apocalyptic New York City, a policeman infiltrates the Bronx Warriors, which has become a battleground for several murderous street gangs. It's the dead of night, and nobody at all is on the street. On the other side of the bridge, a Manhattan runaway, girl named Young Ann is attacked by a gang of street hockey players! These guys are on roller skates, dressed in fiberglass safety gear, and are wielding hockey sticks as weapons. They chase Young Ann into a dead end and surround her, but then they are themselves surrounded by a much tougher-looking gang who at least have the self-respect to ride motorcycles. In the middle of this chaos, gang leader Trash steps in to take care of her.

When Trash finds Ann, she's being attacked by a gang that calls themselves the Zombies. Trash and some of his other gang members (the Riders) fight them off and save Ann. As the bounty hunter, Hammer, tries to return Ann to her fathers corporation, he manages to kill off members of the Riders making the others get in quite the panic. To add to the panic, Ann gets kidnapped by the Zombies. Instead of getting her back immediately, Trash seeks help from the king of the Bronx, Ogre. On their journey to him, they face a nameless gang of tap dancers and the scavengers. Once they finally reach Ogre and he agrees to help Trash, they make their way to save Ann. Little do they know that Hammer will be waiting for them after they save Ann from the Zombies.
Trash, the leader of the Riders, looked to be in his teens while most everyone who followed him had a full face beard and mustache. Ann was a seventeen year old, turning eighteen in a matter of days, and she looked to be in her late twenties. The rest of the cast fit their characters well as the two that are seen and focused on the most were horribly casted.
Don't let the rough sounding gangs fool you, they are beyond ridiculous. The Zombies are a gang of roller skaters dressed in costumes you would find in an Atari game. They managed to kill off a bunch of the Riders, kidnap Ann, and cause havoc to the Riders. The nameless tap dancers are no different in goofiness. Everyone of them has silver and purple/pink face paint and the tap dance while they are fighting. The Scavengers are almost replicas of cavemen. Killing people with wooden stakes and such. Orge's gang, the Tigers (I think) are a bunch of gangsters that right around in flame painted hot rods. Them and the Bikers are the only decent gangs.
Plenty of action, killing, and blood. The fight scenes aren't all that great, due to the 60's Batman sound effects. The killings are really bad. Orge's woman would wrap a whip around someone's neck, pull the down from their horse, and they'd be dead. I won't even go into how the rest of them pan out. The blood isn't over used, which is good in a film like this. Someone got shot, blood would be in it's proper place, then the scene would move on. The acting was decent too, even though most of the characters voices were dubbed over (which also had a decent job going on). With all the badness going on, it's really not that bad of a film.
Final Conclusion: 7/10
