Crazy things start happening when pizza delivery boy, and stud, Brad Collins (Eric Edwards) adds an aphrodisiac to the sauce that his co-workers put on the pizza. The special sauce turns every woman that Brad delivers pizza to into a sex-crazed maniac.
The Hot Oven is the second adult film I've seen in the Carter Stevens Collegiates Collection, with the first being The Collegiates. I actually liked this one better. It's a fun adult sex comedy, with groovy music and hot action. How can you not like an adult movie that has a man receiving a blowjob while he plays the piano. And that's in the opening credits.
After receiving that bj from one of his girlfriends (he has many, apparently), we find Brad in bed with another woman. She asked him if he would like to work at a pizza joint called The Hot Oven. He doesn't like the idea at first, until his lady friend tells him that he will probably be delivering to a lot of college girls. So Brad goes to talk to the manager of The Hot Oven, and says that he will take the job at $1.00 per hour less if he can deliver to every college girl that places an order. The manager isn't too happy about this request, until Brad brings in a woman to change the managers mind. And boy does she ever!
Later, Brad makes a bet with his co-workers that he will be able to to bag one of his female customers every night for the next two weeks. They think there is no way that Brad could possibly do this, but Brad is a chemistry major and has cooked up an aphrodisiac that will definitely get him laid every night for two whole weeks.
As you can see, The Hot Oven has a fun plot. The only things I didn't like about it were that it was pretty much VHS quality. A lot of scenes were blurry and hard to make out. The Collegiates didn't have that problem. The other thing that disappointed me was that there was hardly any cunnilingus, which is my favorite things to see in an adult film.
Still, those things aren't enough to tarnish the overall enjoyment I had watching The Hot Oven. It's a fun, cheesy, and sleazy 70's porno and I give it an 8/10.
