Devil Doctor Woman is the name her patients gave her since she is an experimental doctor that has no license. She constructed a video of experiments on people with different diseases. This is that video. A family with Congenital Brain Explosion Disease is the first one. When excited, their brain fluid boils and begins to erupt. Devil Doctor begins yelling obscene gestures at them to see if they'll get mad enough to explode. They don't. Now she will test them each separately. The first thing she yells at each of them causes them to get very angry and their head explodes. Now to a woman with Hereditary Heart Blast Disease. When she is surprised, her heart could explode. Doctor Devil stands still for a moment, then jumps at the patient and screams. Her heart explodes.
Multiple Personality Syndrome is what the next man is diagnosed with. The name of this patient's condition is Jekyll and Hyde disease. While he and Doctor Devil woman are eating at a restaurant, his right hand begins to act up. The hand tries to choke him until Doctor devil smashes it to the table, then stabs it with a fork. His right leg starts acting up shortly after, so she stabs him in the leg with a knife. He ended up making a show called Jekyll and Hyde that would have him perform in front of children. A man with Human Face Carbuncle is next. It's a human face shaped malignant tumor that has grown on his stomach. The tumor has eyes, a nose, a mouth, and it able to speak. He has a very attractive voice that puts the two signing and dancing in front of a crowd.
A news reporter attends the very first human dinner. He examines each plate, says what it is and then goes into a little detail about each item. The entrée's are as followed; Cerebrum Pickled in Soy Sauce and Vinegar, Eyeball Hors D'Oeuvres, Chilled Eyeball Consomme Jelly with Cockroach, Chilled Eyeball Consomme Jelly with Fly, Subcutaneous Fat Sauce with Wrist on the side, Chopped Finger Salad with Eyeballs, Testicles Boiled in Soy Sauce, Vagina Dressed with Blood Sauce, Liver with Cancer Stewed in Cuny Sauce. Afterwards, he begins interviewing several people around the table. None of which have any interest in tasting the food.
Progressive Zombie Rot Disease, a man that has so much love for his wife made himself come back to life to be with her. He's shown at different percentages of his rotting stages. Next has a woman walking in a subway. She notices a basket with a note on it, "Please take me." When she opens the basket, a siamese internal organ jumps into her hands. She quickly drops it and starts running and screaming. The organ follows her every where she goes. The organ is eventually captured by Doctor Devil. Bloody Drippling Sploog Disease, a disease that causes blood to secrete from sweat glands when excited. The next man has just that. Doctor Devil decides that if he loses all his access blood, he won't sweat it anymore. With a snap of her fingers, he begins coughing up massive amount of blood.
Shitty Tattoo Metastasis. This guy got a shitty tattoo when he was younger. It's able to move around his body and change shape. Doctor Devil puts on a claw-like glove and tries to hack off the tattoo. It keeps moving so she keeps cutting. By the end of it all, he has no more shitty tattoo or skin. The last experiment revolves around four men that argue over who's disease is worse. Internal Decomposition Disease, which makes the man decompose from inside his body. Sporadic Body Stretch Disease, which makes certain parts of the man stretch to extreme lengths. Air Leak Skin Disease, causing air to leak from his body. Spasmodic Heart Transpose Disease, his heart moves around his entire body. Doctor Devil cannot help any of the men. After little to no success with her patients, she ends the video with an iron pie throwing contest. Instead of pie, there's iron nails.
After so much controversy surrounding the other Guinea Pig films as being real, it was decided to make a completely goofy film that no one would take seriously, but still contain tons of gore. Devil Doctor Woman is a very comical look into the practices of underground medical experiments, with patients that can't be cured with any legal substances. Most of the deaths were covered in blood. The head explosions for the family with Congenital Brain Explosion Disease were very funny. The mothers head actually caught on fire when it exploded. There was also a baby who got yelled at, which of course got upset and had its head explode. Progressive Zombie Rot Disease was definitely the best out of all the experiments. The zombie looked exactly like a rotting corpse would in each stage he was in.
The only experiment that was too ridiculous, even for this film, was the Shitty Tattoo Metastasis. When the tattoo would move around and change, it looked like something a little child drew. Its outcome made up for it though as the patient sat up from the table with zero amount of skin. It was very detailed. The human dinner was also a bit silly, even compared to the rest of the film. The scene where the fellow who sweat blood was a bit confusing. When Doctor Devil snapped her fingers, he just started spewing blood out of his mouth in large quantities. I suppose if it was suppose to make sense, it wouldn't have been included in the movie. Definitely not as good as the other Guinea Pig series, but still very enjoyable and gory. This is one series that if you see the first film, you have to see them all. This film is no exception.

I don't care what anyone says, this movie is
hillarious. Disgusting with quite a bit of the
realistic gore that the series is so well known
for, but hillarious none the less.

I thought this one was cool. A bit of a departure
from the other Guiena Pig entries though. This is
like a fucked up Japanese version of Monty Python.
At least that's what it reminded me of. But to
be honest, I'm not even sure why this movie has
the Guine Pig name attatched to it.
